From our arrival onwards we were met and assisted by Ms Ta (Ja) the Front Office Manager. she and her team were exceptionnal! Her service and hospitality qualities are 5 Star plus! Coming out of the Hospitality world ourselves, it is rare that we experienced such a service and personal attention! what a joy! We are looking forward to return to the Hotel next year! Kudos to all staff! And, the wonderful nature in and around the Hotel is so relaxing as well. the Spa on th eproperty was 5 star as well! an outstanding spa experience!

We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, a little aged, but I'm sure it's not easy to maintain it in such weather conditions.. The breakfast was always lovely and fresh. There's a laundromat just opposite the hotel. But the best part was the people! You can tell they take great pride in their work. They were helpful with everything we needed! ....and very, very sweet 🥰 Thank you for looking after us 🙏

The villas are gorgeous and the staff are helpful. The pool is fantastic and absolutely stunning. It's like an oasis in the city. The villas are lovely, spacious and well equipped. The furniture is a little worn for the price tag, but an above average room for sure. Love the patio space.

The staff is amazing, the location is more than beautiful. The room SLoft is huge and clean. The pool was very clean and even enlighten at 6 which was stunning The breakfast was very diverse and tasteful.

Nice resort has everything you could want A little tired and the rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint otherwise ok Can still see flood damage which is a shame I hope they can restore Would stay agin

lovely pool/lounging area, very quiet hotel in the day and evening. staff were lovely. we had a loft room which was very modern and clean. little shop next door does amazing spring rolls. overall lovely “jungle” feel to the hotel. wifi was really good too. we didnt use the restaurant but bar staff very nice. its a 10-15 min taxi ride to town/markets.

The room was large and spacious. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast choice was huge ranging from lots of Thai cooked meals, continental options, eggs cooked to order and fruit/yoghurt. The pool was nice but only about 10 sun loungers, which was never a problem as it was quiet during our stay. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open when we were there.

Very pleasantly surprised after reading negative review. Definitely Italy met and exceeded our expectations. Great value for very pleasant hotel, although we did not use Spa etc facilities.
